In order to support a fast growing business and strengthen their leading position worldwide, they are looking for a - Software Project and Team Leader - Reporting to the R&D Manager, he will lead the software development projects together with his team of 8 engineers. By optimizing the time to market processes, he will furthermore ensure that the quality and the cost requirements are respected. In close contact with the customers, he will get a vision of this innovative solar market and bring active orientations in his projects. Acting as an interface, he will build a transversal collaboration with the product managers, the R&D, the after-sales and the quality departments. By supporting the creativity and the innovation proposals of his software team, he will also introduce a project approach and a methodology which will be key factors of efficiency, prioritization and finally result orientation. - The successful candidate is a qualified engineer (HES or EPF) in Informatics with a strong background in software development and project management. He has an excellent experience in C++ and ideally Java as well as SQL. Thanks to his leadership and global vision, he knows how to motivate, support and develop his team. Excellent in the management of complex projects, he has a pragmatic approach to find realistic solutions. Team leader and team player, he additionally enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and multicultural environment.
