Start date at the earliest convenience. The contract will be time limited. - Tasks - Assist with developing new HR reporting delivery model -
- for operations in Europe and global emerging markets
- help develop standard reporting requirements (through use of existing systems)
- help to format Excel tools & templates
- liaise with report users in Zurich, global affiliates and HQ Assist with HRIT project
- internal coordination – e.g. data collection, consolidating feedback from global affiliates Assist with annual comp review
- for operations in Europe and global emerging markets
- collect & prepare information submitted by global affiliates
- possibility to do limited analysis work

- Other related ad hoc assignments - Qualifications - The position requires -
- a systematic and self-organised working style
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- high level in English language (as manager does not speak German)
- PC literacy including high experience and/or comfort with Excel
- Knowledge of the SAP system is preferable but not required
