- You will provide effective financial support to the business
- Making sure that all accounting is in compliance with Swiss GAAP Fer and IAS
- Responsible for maintaining risk and internal control frameworks
- Ensuring the monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting and reporting
- Effective management and leadership of the finance team
- Clear overview and understanding of issues affecting monthly results
- Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA prefered
- CPA (Wirtschaftprüfer), ACCA or similar
- 5+ years experience
- Very good SAP knowledge
- Fluent German and English, French would be an advantage
- Excellent communications, and leadership skills
