- Safety Physician - UBC"s extremely successful Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance team continues to grow at our office in Geneva - and this is another fantastic opportunity for you to be part of it. - You will be involved in all facets of drug safety management, including the medical review and evaluation of serious events and establishing causality assessments. You will participate in the preparation of pharmacovigilance reports (PSURs, RMPs, safety issue workups etc), thus contributing to high quality standard documents within the organization. You will have responsibilities for your projects and liaise closely with clients. In addition you will work closely with other internal safety teams and provide medical review and coaching within the organization. Some travel is required. - Job Requirements: -
- a university degree in medicine (mandatory), -
- significant clinical experience, and at least 2 years of industry experience (which includes pharmacovigilance experience).
- excellent command of IT tools is a prerequisite. -
- flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and very organised, -
- excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (German or French is a plus). -
- strong inter-personal skills and an ability and desire to work as part of a team. -
- You have a convincing personality and the ability to manage multiple tasks. -
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland is required. - Req.
