In this role you have following tasks : continuous analysis, design, development, implementation and monitoring of the Order to Cash process area.Supporting various businesses increasing their effectiveness and efficiency in the OTC processes they operate. Guiding process design initiatives to align to business strategy and common global process objectives. Forming and leading the OTC Key User community which ensures the training of and the exchanging of best practices amongst the key users and the various order desks. Works with IT to deliver automated process solutions and coordinates business development requirements with the IT organization. You are the global owner of the Sales & Distribution processes. You are the key contact of the various order desks, the International Sales Offices and the users of the OTC.
We expect a University Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Science) or equivalent. Experience in management consulting, IT, engineering or related science discipline. Knowledge with process design and analysis methods. You have SAP experience in SD or CRM and comprehensive experience in the Order to Cash area. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of an organization in English and preferably in German written and spoken. The position requires 20% traveling.
