Manager/Senior Manager Post Merger Integration - Your challenge - This is your opportunity to join Deloitte"s Post Merger Integration (PMI) team. Our team provide integration and separation expertise to corporate clients and Private Equity investors. - The Manager/Senior Manager role includes the following activities: -
- - Supporting clients to deliver superior shareholder returns from integration or carve out programmes. -
- - Working across the whole deal lifecycle, from pre-deal synergy reviews and the development of integration or separation blueprints to day 1 planning and post-deal implementation, sometimes working with clients on your own. -
- - Building your functional experience working with client leadership in business functions such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, human resources, information technology -
- - Developing your consulting skills in strategic thinking, programme and change management. -
- - Developing your expertise in benefits tracking, reporting, risk and issue management, change control and stakeholder management. -
- Manager/Senior Manager will have responsibility for: -
- - Project management of mid to large scale integration/separation assignments including: client interface, managing an engagement team, managing project risks/issues and engagement financials. -
- - Production of highest quality deliverables (both client presentations, workshops, and detailed written reports and analysis) within agreed timescales, briefing the engagement Partner/Director accordingly. -
- - Supporting business development, marketing initiatives and practice development activities such as client proposals, marketing events, key client account management, industry and geography collaboration, training, and recruiting -
- Your profile - An experienced consultant / advisory or executive manager who has played a significant role in realising performance improvement or delivering an operational turnaround within a short time horizon; -
- - Strong commercial acumen and project management capability; -
- - Developed their skills in a top management consultancy or a corporate environment - preferably both; -
- - Excellent academics with a strong first degree or equivalent qualification as a minimum; -
- - Strong analytical and business diagnostic skills; -
- - Comfortable with working in a transaction environment with senior management; -
- - Good industry sector knowledge; -
- - Be comfortable working in at least 2 languages: English/French or English/German -
