The group has in addition companies in real estate, construction and organic agriculture. - For the service centre in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated - Group CFO - reporting to the Group CEO, he plays a crucial role in providing central financial direction to all business units. - Specifically, the responsibilities will primarily comprise the following tasks: -
- Direct and oversee all financial functions of the Group, including the development of financial policies, top management financial reports and forecasts in line with best practice and International Accounting standards
- Develop the Group Financial Strategy, Policies, Standards and Guidelines
- Provide sound and reliable advice, opinions and guidance on all strategic financial matters
- Prospective candidates will need to demonstrate the following attributes: -
- A full professional accounting qualification with a strategic knowledge of Business and Financial Management, including taxation and international Accounting standards.
- At least 15 years experience in Corporate Finance, of which at least 10 years should have been in a senior leadership role
- Must have experience in industrial or technological companies
- Knowledge of modern ERP Financial and their strategic application within large organizations
- Strategic thinker and able to provide leadership on all financial matters globally
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
- Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written. Strong conceptual, planning and directing skills
- Trustworthy, discrete personality with high integrity
- Ability to make international business trips (mainly within Europe and the Middle East)
- Multilingual skill: very good in English and German. Arabic preferable.
